Abstract
Background: In China, there has never been a wide-ranging study cataloging all observable lung cancer associated genetic mutations with a clear distribution pattern showing various gene mutation positions. This study aims to reveal a comprehensive catalog of gene mutations among cancer patients in china, detailing its correlation with smoking history, gender, age distribution and pathological types.
Patients and Methods: A retrospective data acquisition was conducted spanning 6 years (2013-2018) among all patients who underwent lung cancer related surgeries at three major tertiary hospitals. Among the test population we discovered 1731 patients who matched our inclusion criteria.
